Barcelona striker David Villa has admitted that his lack of goals for the Catalans in recent weeks is slowly beginning to bother him.

The prolific striker hasn't found the net since his brace for Spain in the Euro 2012 qualifier against Czech Republic on March 25, while his last goal at club level was scored against Real Mallorca on February 26.

"Like everybody else, I'm now starting to get worried about my goal drought as well," Villa was quoted as saying by AS. "There's not really much I can do to get back my scoring boots except keep working very hard."

Villa also looked back at Wednesday's Copa del Rey final loss against Real Madrid and stated that it's crucial for the Catalans to stay focused and finish the season on a high.

"It's important for us to stay calm," he added. "The team gives everything to get good results in the closing stages of the season."
